Handro Creator Partner Agreement

This agreement is between OHE Services Inc., a British Columbia company operating as Handro ("Handro", "we"), and the creator named below ("you"). You accept it by replying "I agree" to the email that sent it, or by e-signing it.

1. What you earn. You get 20% of the subscription revenue Handro actually collects from each new organization credited to your link. You earn it for the first 24 months after that organization's first payment. "Collected" means what the customer really paid after any discount. It excludes sales taxes and anything Apple or Google keep, and it is reduced by refunds and chargebacks. Revenue in another currency is converted to US dollars at the Bank of Canada daily exchange rate for the day the customer paid. Commission stops when this agreement ends.

2. How credit works. Your link is gethandro.com/r/[your-slug]. A click stores your slug in a 60-day cookie in that browser. An organization is credited to you if it's created on gethandro.com in that browser within 60 days of the click. If the visitor already clicked another partner's link, the earlier click keeps the credit. There's no credit for: organizations that already existed on Handro (including ended trials); sign-ups that start inside the iOS or Android app; your own business or one you own or work for; or anything from fraud (fake or self sign-ups, cookie stuffing, bought traffic). Our records decide credit. If you think a statement is wrong, tell us within 60 days of it.

3. Payment. Each month we send a statement: credited sign-ups, paying organizations, revenue collected and your commission. It never includes customers' names, contact details or account data. By the end of each month we pay the commission earned the month before, once your unpaid balance is over US$50; smaller balances roll over. We pay in US dollars by PayPal or, if you're in Canada, by Interac e-Transfer in Canadian dollars at the Bank of Canada rate on the payment date. We choose the method. Fees your bank or PayPal charges you are yours. A refund or chargeback after we've paid comes off your next payments. You're responsible for your own taxes. Amounts exclude GST/HST/QST; if you're registered, give us your number and add it. We'll ask for the details the law requires for tax slips.

4. The offer. There's no free account for partners. There's one offer: "Founding offer: 14-day trial, then 50% off your first year." Use those exact words, only in text you can edit (caption, description, comment), never spoken or burned into video. Never publish a promo code. People get it by messaging @handroapp. Don't add your own deals, rebates or bonuses. When we tell you the offer has ended, remove it within 7 days.

5. Disclosure, every time. Every post, video, story, live and comment that mentions Handro must say you're paid, in plain words, before any "more" cut: "#ad" or "Paid partner of Handro". In video, say it out loud and show it on screen. Also turn on the platform's paid-partnership label where there is one; the label doesn't replace your own words. The US FTC Endorsement Guides and Canada's Competition Act require this. Only say you use Handro if you actually do.

6. What you say. Only true statements from the approved claims list we send you, plus your honest opinion of your own real use. Never: income, savings or time claims; features not on the list; customer counts or rankings; statements about competitors; invented or AI-generated customers or testimonials; ratings or reviews of Handro on app stores or review sites. Don't name, show or describe anyone who works at Handro. Use only the name and logo we give you, unchanged. No handles, domains or pages with "Handro" in them, no bidding on "Handro" in search ads, and no paid ads or boosts that mention Handro without our OK by email.

7. No spam. Share only with your own audience. No cold emails, texts or DMs, no bulk messages, and no posting where a group's rules ban promotion. Never message anyone in Handro's name or look like Handro. If you email your own list, send only to people who opted in, in your own name, with your own unsubscribe link.

8. Checks. We may review your posts. If we ask you to fix or remove something, do it within 2 days. If you don't, we can end this agreement right away.

9. Your content. You own it. You let Handro repost, share and embed your Handro content, with credit, on Handro's own accounts and website, free, while this agreement lasts and for 12 months after. Paid ads with your content or face need your OK by email. After this ends, we take down any repost within 14 days of your request.

10. Ending it. Either of us can end this agreement anytime by email. All earned, unpaid commission is still paid in the next monthly payout, even under US$50, less later refunds and chargebacks. Commission on sign-ups that came from fraud, or from a post that broke sections 4 to 7, isn't paid.

11. The rest. You're independent: not an employee, agent or legal partner of Handro. You choose what and when you post; there are no quotas. Neither side is exclusive. Each side is responsible for its own content. You cover Handro's costs from claims caused by your breaking this agreement or the law; Handro covers yours from claims caused by an approved claim being false. Apart from those two promises, neither side owes the other lost profits, and Handro's total liability is the commission owed to you. We may change these terms by emailing you 30 days ahead. A change never reduces commission already earned, and a lower rate or shorter period never applies to organizations already credited to you. If you don't accept a change, end the agreement. We use your name, contact, payout and tax details only to run the program, pay you and keep the records the law requires. You confirm you're of legal age to sign contracts where you live. The laws of British Columbia and of Canada apply, and the courts of British Columbia decide disputes. This agreement, the claims list and any written guidelines we send you are the whole deal.
