  A customer on a quarterly or monthly plan shouldn't be typed in every time. Set the repeat once, every month, every three months, or any number of days, weeks or months you choose, and Handro creates each upcoming visit on your schedule. End a series never, after a set number of visits, or on a date, so a one-year plan stops when the year does.

• Quotes for one-time treatments

  For bigger one-time work, send a Good, Better and Best estimate and let the customer pick. One treatment, a treatment with a follow-up visit, or the full plan: they compare on their own phone and sign right there. The approved job is created with the option they chose, ready to schedule.

• A service day, start to finish

  Say Wednesday has seven stops. Open Today, see them in schedule order, and work through the list. Handro doesn't reorder your stops, so you decide how to drive them. If a customer cancels one visit, reschedule just that visit and the rest of their series stays put. A wasp nest call on a Saturday is an ordinary job you add next to the recurring ones. When the work is done, the invoice comes from that same visit.

• Notes, checklists and photos on each visit

  Handro keeps a customer's jobs, estimates, payments and notes together, and the notes are visible to your whole team, so a gate code or a dog in the yard is there before the visit. Build your own checklist, such as the areas to inspect, and the tech ticks it off on the phone with a photo or note per item. Photos are taken in the mobile app and show on the job. You can also log equipment at a customer's property, with its install date and a running service log.

• Invoice per visit and get paid

  Each visit is its own job, so each one can be invoiced with its labor and materials tagged and each line marked taxable or not. Card payments run through your own Stripe or Square account, with zero Handro markup. You still pay their standard rate, billed by them. Cash, check, Zelle and Venmo can be recorded by hand, and invoices and payments sync to QuickBooks Online.

  List your recurring customers first, since that's what you'll be adding. Handro imports customers from a CSV file of up to 2,000 rows or from QuickBooks Online. Old invoices and job history stay behind, and you can export your data at any time. Invoices are per visit, with no combined monthly statement. Handro doesn't file state reports for you or track termite bonds, so check what your state asks for and keep the chemical log's monthly export with your records.
