You just priced one lawn for a whole season. In Handro you set the visit schedule once and each mow is created for you. After the mow, send the invoice with a pay link from your phone, or turn on autopay and the card the customer saved is charged when the visit is marked complete. Team is US$49 a month flat for up to 10 people, Solo is US$14.99 a month for one person, and Starter is free for one person and 10 jobs a month.

How to use it
- Put in the lot size and the part you don't mow.
- Add your mowing pace, trim time, travel and the hourly rate you charge.
- Read the price per visit, then set the visits to see the season total.
How this is worked out
The mowed area is the lot minus the house, driveway and beds. Mowing time is that area ÷ 1,000 × your minutes per 1,000 sq ft, then trimming and travel are added. The price is that time × your hourly rate, plus supplies and their markup.
With the example numbers: 10,000 − 2,500 = 7,500 sq ft, at 4 minutes per 1,000 is 30 minutes, plus 10 of trimming and 10 of travel makes 50 minutes. At $60 an hour that's $50. Add $4 of supplies with a 25% markup, $5, and a visit is $55. Over 28 visits, the season is $1,540.
Price the stop, not just the grass
Travel and trimming take about as long on a small lawn as on a big one, so a small yard costs more per square foot to service. That's why the calculator counts travel on every stop. If you mow several lawns on one street, put in the short drive between them, not the drive from your shop.
Set a minimum for each stop too, so the smallest yards still pay for the drive, and quote it whenever the calculator comes in lower.
Weekly or every two weeks
Grass cut every two weeks is longer at each visit, so each mow often takes more time than a weekly cut. Run the calculator twice: once at your weekly pace, once with more minutes per 1,000 sq ft, and quote each schedule from its own number.
